This is more of a suggestion to consider redesigning the categories page + home page organization. The categories issue has surfaced in the ambassador focus group ( Q4 ), where it was hard to find what the learner's looking for. The current categorization seems not intuitive enough. On the same thread, I personally feel that recent bytes are hard to find once they're no longer trending, and I couldn't quite recall the title to search for; perhaps have a category for recent bytes that holds up to the last month? Some suggestions: time/theme based byte-generator introducing different weights in homepage (and possibly categories page?) a tabbed layout as a topic filter, eg. Ted blog (image below) categories page with less clicks to find bytes, ie. more subsections on the first page to reduce clicks till learner finds bytes (example image below from Medium in each topic, less clicks compared to Rumie's categories page )
